Description:

Bright red with garnet highlights, the nose reveals aromas of cherry, violet, and fine spices, with a subtle hint of undergrowth. The palate is elegant and fresh, with good acidity, light tannins, and a fine, mineral finish. Ideal with sciatt, pizzoccheri, Valtellina cured meats, and mushroom-based pasta dishes.

Made with grapes grown manually on historic terraces. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with gentle pumping over, followed by aging in used oak barrels for 6-8 months: the essence of Valtellina Nebbiolo in its most youthful and immediate form.
