Description:

Ruby red in color, it releases aromas of red berries and dark spices on the nose, along with floral hints of violet and earthy notes of undergrowth. On the palate, the notable acidity, combined with refined tannins, reveals a dense texture, good minerality, and good balance, as well as an excellent, pleasant smoothness. It pairs well with ragù-based pasta dishes, meat-based main courses, game, and mature cheeses.

This is a wild and intense Pinot Noir, with great character and originality, grown according to organic principles, meaning no mechanical filtration or added sulfur dioxide or additives. The winery, founded in 2003, extends over approximately 20 hectares in the Oltrepò Pavese hills between the Staffora and Rile valleys, on marly-clay soils with deep sulfur and sand infiltrations, thus producing a wine that perfectly expresses the terroir.
