Sangue di Giuda is one of the most distinctive wines of the Oltrepò Pavese, with a history steeped in tradition and legend. The Scuropasso winery, located in the heart of this wine-growing region, produces it using traditional methods that involve a partially interrupted fermentation to preserve some of the grapes' natural sugars and achieve natural effervescence.
