Description:

Bright and vibrant ruby ​​red in color, typical of young Valtellina Nebbiolo, the nose reveals fragrant notes of fresh red fruits, particularly cherry and raspberry, with delicate floral nuances of violet and rose. Light spicy notes and a characteristic minerality are also discernible. On the palate, it is agile and dynamic, with a well-balanced freshness and youthful but not aggressive tannins. The finish is persistent with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Olé! represents the most immediate and youthful expression of Nebbiolo di Valtellina according to Dirupi's philosophy. The grapes come from the steep terraces of Valtellina, where the glacial soils and southern exposure ensure optimal ripening. The vinification process is designed to preserve the freshness and fragrance of the fruit, creating a wine that's ready to drink yet fully expresses the terroir's character.
