Description:

A brilliant straw yellow color with greenish highlights, it presents a fresh and delicate bouquet on the nose, with floral notes of hawthorn and jasmine emerging, accompanied by fruity hints of white peach, citrus, and green apple, as well as a light mineral touch completing the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is fresh and savory, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its structure. The body is medium, the texture silky and enveloping, and the flavors of white-fleshed fruit are evident, with a slightly mineral aftertaste reminiscent of its lake origins.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by a brief aging on the lees, which contributes to the wine's complexity while maintaining its freshness and fragrance. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with light appetizers, lake fish first courses, herb risottos, grilled fish dishes, and fresh cheeses.

The Olivini winery, located on the moraine hills of Lake Garda, boasts a long tradition of producing Lugana, with vineyards that benefit from the unique microclimate created by the lake, on glacial soils rich in clay and limestone, which give the wine its characteristic minerality and freshness.
