Description:

It features a brilliant straw yellow color with golden highlights, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is complex and elongated, dominated by notes of ripe white fruit, citrus, and acacia blossoms, with evident mineral notes, brioche, and cream. On the palate, it is dry and vibrant, characterized by a pronounced acidity and a lean yet distinctive structure. The palate develops elegantly, revealing notes of golden delicious apple, candied lemon, and an intriguing saline note. The finish is long and dry, with a lingering mineral and citrus aftertaste.
