Description:
It appears a bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, it is fresh and delicate, with aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is smooth and balanced, with a good acidity that supports the sip, making it dynamic and pleasantly thirst-quenching. The finish is dry and clean, with a light citrus aftertaste. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light dishes: seafood salads, fish carpaccio, delicate first courses like lemon linguine, herb risotto, but also fresh cheeses and light fried foods.
Alongside its great traditional reds, the Quacquarini winery also offers white wines inspired by native Marche grape varieties. This Passerina, vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, represents the freshest and most everyday expression of the winery: a lean, straightforward white, designed for immediate drinking but not lacking in finesse.
