Description:
Amber in color with copper highlights, it presents a floral and herbaceous aroma with very interesting toasted notes. On the palate, it reveals a touch of tannin that adds structure, with a long balsamic finish that expresses the complexity of maceration on the skins. The wine is characterized by its "rebellious" personality, unconventional to the area's traditional styles. It pairs beautifully with appetizers of cured meats from the Marche region, savory first courses like passatelli in broth, grilled white meats, and hard cheeses. Excellent with local specialties such as Casciotta d'Urbino DOP, Marche prosciutto, and white truffle dishes.
Tenuta Cà Sciampagne is a winery that has been operating entirely organically since 2008, the year the estate was founded, in the Marche region, on the outskirts of Urbino. The winery stands out as the custodian of Biancame, a rare and precious grape traditionally grown in the Marche region. The name "Bello Ribelle" (Beauty and Rebel) comes from the fact that it was Tenuta Cà Sciampagne's first wine produced with maceration on the skins, breaking with the traditional practice of the area, which had always involved white fermentation. The vineyards are cultivated in clayey-limestone soil, which lends the wine its unique minerality and character.
