Description:

Pale yellow in color, it offers delicate notes of tropical fruit, apple and white-fleshed fruit, strawberry grapes, and gooseberries on the nose. On the palate, it reveals an incredible balance between acidity and sweetness, offering great freshness and a wide variety of pairings: it pairs beautifully with vegetables, cheeses, charcuterie platters, pizza, fruit, and fish.

A blend of international grapes harvested at varying stages of ripeness, this wine is an expression of ancestral winemaking techniques that hark back to the ancient traditions of the Marche region. It's bottled before the primary fermentation is complete using only indigenous yeasts and undergoes a nine-day maceration on the skins. It's free from fining, filtration, or added sulfites, so much so that it may contain sediment. It's named after every country boy's best friend, the Scarecrow, because, like him, it aims to ward off bad thoughts and bring joy.
