It pairs well with puff pastry with prosciutto, seafood salad, tuna carpaccio, and light summer dishes from the Marche region.

The Fiorini winery, a pioneer in organic viticulture in the Marche region, cultivates its vineyards at 300 to 400 meters above sea level with a northeast exposure. The grapes are gently pressed, and the must ferments at low temperatures in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation to preserve the varietal's aromatic fragrance.
