Description:

Straw-yellow in color with lively greenish highlights, it opens on the nose with an elegant and complex bouquet of fragrances ranging from sage to chamomile, citrus to cedar, jasmine to lemon verbena, and pear. On the palate, it presents a good structure and immediate freshness, characterized by a balanced softness and a savory character complemented by a persistent citrus aroma and lively acidity.

Produced according to organic farming principles in the Marche region, from Biancame grapes, a native grape variety and one of the historic denominations of the Metauro area, this wine represents the most respectful expression of local tradition. Ideal paired with seafood dishes such as salads and pasta with chickpeas and clams, it also pairs perfectly with traditional local dishes such as ricotta ravioli dressed with olive oil and Parmesan cheese or asparagus frittatas. Also excellent as an aperitif.
