Description:
It features an intense straw yellow color with elegant greenish highlights. The nose opens with a broad and complex bouquet, where notes of ripe white fruit intertwine with hints of aromatic herbs, wildflowers, and a distinct minerality, while nuances of fresh almond and acacia honey gradually emerge. The entry on the palate is characterized by remarkable structure and a pronounced savory flavor, balanced by a lively freshness. The palate develops elegantly, revealing layers of yellow fruit, herbaceous notes, and a pleasant saline finish. The finish is long and persistent, with an aftertaste reminiscent of citrus and almonds.
San Lorenzo, run by the Brunori family, is a historic Marche winery that has been producing Verdicchio for generations. With 16 hectares of vineyards, cultivated according to organic principles, the winery is a benchmark for the appellation. Vinification is traditional, with spontaneous fermentation and long aging on the lees, to produce wines that are an authentic expression of the terroir.
