Description:
A decidedly luminous golden color, the nose teems with rich and layered sensations, where fruit dominates a complex olfactory progression: alternating notes of nuts, candied fruit, and exotic tones, enriched by light spicy touches that emerge on the finish. On the palate, it reveals a good structure, characterized by a sip sculpted by a refreshing and mineral vein that recalls the Marche terroir of origin. Verdicchio's typical savory character expresses itself with elegance and personality, culminating in a lingering fruity finish that invites second servings. Ideal with raw fish, seafood, complex white meats, and medium-bodied fresh cheeses.
Produced from vineyards located at 260 meters above sea level with a northwest exposure, characterized by a predominantly clayey subsoil that lends the wine minerality and structure. Vinification involves fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in steel to preserve the varietal freshness. The process is completed with an additional 18 months of bottle aging after bottling, allowing the wine to evolve harmoniously. The project also has a social impact: the label is designed by Catia Uliassi, artist, restaurateur, and wife of Michelin-starred chef Mauro, and part of the proceeds will be donated to a nonprofit organization dedicated to research for neurovascular patients.
