Description:

In the glass, a deep golden yellow with amber highlights and a light haze. The nose is enveloping and surprising: yellow rose, ripe peach, honey, vanilla, and a delicate note of white chocolate. The palate is full, savory, and well-structured, with a warm undertone balanced by freshness and a long, aromatic finish consistent with the olfactory profile.
Excellent on its own, it pairs well with dishes full of character: grilled shellfish, chicken curry, saffron risotto, creamed cod, or medium-aged cheeses.

Valentino Fiorini is a young winery that works with artisanal attention and a contemporary perspective. Andy is the result of a double vinification process: partly in concrete to preserve the varietal fragrance, partly in new tonneaux to add complexity and depth. Aged for six months on the lees and 12 months in the bottle.
