Description:

In the glass, it displays a delicate straw yellow color with a fine, prominent perlage. On the nose, aromas of lime blossom, elderflower, and candied citrus are complemented by hints of honey and custard. On the palate, it is elegant and dry, with a distinct iodine note that lends persistence and texture, and notes of white-fleshed fruit that balance with a pleasant acidity. Aged in steel tanks for 20 days and then bottled for 40 months for secondary fermentation, it is an excellent sparkling wine as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes.

On the highest part of the hill overlooking the town, completely immersed in the Langhe hills, the Brangero estate's vines enjoy the best climatic exposure, managing to best express both the territory and the philosophy of the people who work there (starting with the winemaker Marco, grandson of the farm's founder).
