Description:

A bright garnet color in the glass, the nose reveals notes of red fruits, rose petals, and hints of sweet, toasted spices, especially vanilla. On the palate, it is structured, full-bodied, and has an excellent balance between acidity and tannins, making it extremely pleasant. It ages beautifully for several years and is excellent served with red meats, braised meats, and game, as well as with aged cheeses.

The grapes for this Barbaresco, sourced from the company's vineyards in Rabajà, are hand-harvested and left to ferment for 30 days in steel and concrete tanks, before being aged for 18 months in Slavonian oak barrels of various sizes before being further refined in the bottle for 6 months.
