Description:

It features a dark ruby ​​red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, it offers a broad and elegant bouquet, from very ripe red berries to licorice and violets. The full and enveloping palate captivates with its sweet, long-lasting tannins and balanced flavor. Ideal with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, it's also perfect as a conversation (or meditation) wine.

Vinified according to tradition from a very old but still healthy vineyard, before maturing in the bottle it ferments with the skins for about ten days and then in 150hl oak barrels.
