Description:
A beautiful, vibrant ruby red, the nose evokes fresh red fruits and light floral notes. On the palate, it is lively, characterized by soft tannins and an agile structure that makes it immediate but not banal. Leaner and fresher than Bricco Paradiso, it is ideal with pasta with ragù and flavorful white meats.
Il Falchetto represents the consistent evolution of a Piedmontese family that has cultivated vines for centuries. "Cascina Forno," the heart of the business since the 1600s, is now synonymous with precision production and the valorization of the terroir. From the first bottle of Moscato by Pietro Forno in 1940 to the present day, the family's work has combined tradition, innovation, and authenticity in every label. Pian Scorrone undergoes a brief stainless steel fermentation followed by controlled fermentation. Aged in large oak barrels for 9-12 months, designed to enhance freshness and drinkability, the wine is aged for 12 months.
