In the glass, where it presents a deep ruby ​​color with garnet highlights, it exudes elegance and power: notes of morello cherry and plum, enriched with warm spices, leather, and tobacco. On the palate, it offers silky and enveloping tannins, with a strong structure and a long, complex, and spicy finish.
It pairs excellently with hearty roasts, game, braised meats and game dishes, as well as with mature cheeses.

An expression of an excellent cru, this wine embodies all the historical solidity of the Il Falchetto winery, heir to a winemaking tradition documented since the 1600s. Beginning with Pietro Forno's vision after World War II, the winery has spanned generations while maintaining its identity. Brothers Natalino and Luigi have guided its growth since the 1970s, investing in quality and respect for the vineyard. The grapes, selected from the renowned "Roche" cru in Nice , undergo classic fermentation and mature for 24 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, followed by a minimum of 12 months in bottle before release.
