Description:

It displays a pale ruby ​​red color with vibrant purple highlights. On the nose, aromas of fresh berries, blackberries, and raspberries immediately emerge, combined with delicate floral notes of rose and violet, lending elegance and complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, characterized by a light yet well-defined structure and a pleasant tannic structure that adds character without weighing down the wine. Persistent fruity notes and a lively minerality are evident, with a clean and refreshing finish that invites daily drinking. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with charcuterie and cheese platters, vegetable-based first courses, and light meat dishes.

Produced according to the principles of certified organic farming in the Basso Monferrato area, from Slarina grapes, a nearly extinct native Piedmontese grape that Fabrizio Iuli decided to revive and promote by planting about one hectare in 2013. Vinification takes place entirely in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days, followed by aging for 6-8 months in concrete and 2 months in the bottle, without fining or filtration to preserve the integrity of the fruit.
