Description:

Dioniso is a cloudy, intense, unfiltered red with garnet highlights. The nose reveals blackberry, blood orange, and small black fruits, with an intense floral undertone. On the palate, it is generous, rounded, and soft, with smooth tannins and a pleasant freshness that lends balance. The finish is dry, long, and never bitter. A wine that is both convivial and versatile.
Excellent as an aperitif with cured meats, on stewed meat dishes such as stews, fatty or semi-hard cheeses.

Dioniso represents the heart of the Saturno Farm: a celebration of joy, sharing, and the sacredness of wine. Production is based on two hectares of hand-cultivated vineyards and one hectare of arable land, managed without sulfites or filtration, and following a model of agricultural biodiversity.
