Description:

A transparent, age-old garnet, the nose captivates with its floral scents of rose and violet, cocoa and anise, which over time have been enriched with vaguely ferrous balsamic aromas. On the palate, according to the producer's notes, it reveals "the extreme elegance of a balance played between freshness, barely discernible noble tannins, and a gentle, infinite persistence of small red fruits, flowers, and fruit jellies." The robust acidity that helps sustain the smoothness of the palate makes it perfect pairing with traditional Piedmontese boiled meats as well as simple mushroom-based dishes.

The flagship of the winery that has been passed down from father to son since 1958, this Nebbiolo is aged for 28 months in oak barrels of various capacities.
