Description:

Bright garnet red in color, it presents a complex and profound bouquet of dried rose, violet, cherry, and blackberry, with spicy, balsamic notes and an elegant minerality. On the palate, it is powerful and refined, with perfectly integrated silky tannins and a substantial structure supported by a refreshing acidity. The finish is extremely long and persistent.

The Roberto Voerzio winery, founded in 1986, is one of the most prestigious estates in La Morra and the entire Barolo region. The La Serra cru is characterized by marly-calcareous soils that lend the wine elegance and longevity. The winery's production philosophy is based on very low yields (approximately 500g per vine), manual harvesting with rigorous bunch selection, and traditional vinification with long macerations. The magnum format (1.5 liters) ensures a slower and more harmonious evolution, enhancing the characteristics of this great wine.
