Description:

Plantation Isle of Fiji represents one of the finest expressions of the Plantation range, hailing from the remote Fiji Islands in the South Pacific. The South Pacific Distillery, located on the island of Lautoka, produces this rum using local molasses and the purest water from the island's volcanic springs. After continuous column distillation, the rum is initially aged in American oak barrels in Fiji's tropical climate, before completing its maturation in the Cognac cellars of France in ex-Pierre Ferrand Cognac barrels.
It pairs beautifully with coconut and tropical fruit desserts, milk chocolate, aged cheeses, or as a sipping rum. Excellent as a base for exotic cocktails like Painkiller and Mai Tai, or simply neat on the rocks.
