Description:

A deep purple color with violet hues, it opens on the nose with an explosion of ripe dark fruits, such as wild blackberries, plums, and dried figs, enriched with nuances of bitter cocoa and a touch of black pepper. From the first sip, it captivates with its roundness and enveloping warmth, where the alcohol content is expertly balanced by a velvety tannic texture. On the palate, sensations of wild berry jam and notes of sweet tobacco and vanilla linger into a generous and satisfying finish.

A product of the warm Apulian soil, this wine is made from grapes harvested at perfect ripeness in the early hours of the morning. Fermentation, carefully managed at a controlled temperature, is followed by a four-month aging in French oak barrels, which gives the wine balance and complexity without overpowering the natural expression of the grape variety.
