Description:
Straw yellow in the glass, it is intense on the nose, with prominent salty aromas and citrus notes; on the palate it is lively, energetic, and very enjoyable, with a pronounced acidity that balances perfectly with the equally decisive and pleasant savory flavor. It pairs well with all seafood starters, as well as fresh and delicate cheeses.
Granazza ( granatza ) is the most widespread native white grape variety in the Nuoro area, a semi-aromatic variety used until recently exclusively as a blending grape for Sardinian reds like Cannonau. Simone Sedilesu, also a native and a descendant of the family, now vinifies it as a single-variety wine, from a selection of approximately 50-year-old bush-trained vines. The grapes are then left to ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks without any skin maceration, resulting in a total production of approximately two thousand numbered bottles.
