Bright and luminous cherry red in color (naturally obtained from beta-carotene extract), perfect enjoyed neat or on the rocks as an aperitif or as an ingredient in classic cocktails like Negronis or Americanos, this is an innovative creation by Giuseppe Gallo, one of the world's most renowned bartenders and innovators in the beverage industry, creator of the celebrated Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto. This Turin aperitif represents a meeting point between the worlds of vermouth and bitters—the Milan-Turin axis of Italian aperitif traditions.

The base is made with Trebbiano white wine, enriched with Marsala Fine DOC aged in oak barrels for over a year. The recipe calls for 27 ingredients, all 100% natural and sourced in Italy, including various citrus fruits, artemisia, gentian, angelica, rhubarb, quassia, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and raisins. The sugar content is intentionally kept low to simply mitigate the bitterness of some botanicals. The elegant and distinctive bottle was designed by Stranger & Stranger with a shape reminiscent of the Mole Antonelliana, while the name pays homage to the royal family of Savoy, both symbols of the Piedmontese capital.
