Description:

Ruby red with purple highlights, the nose opens with notes of fresh red fruits, cherry, and raspberry, accompanied by floral nuances and a mineral undertone. The palate is fresh and dynamic, with well-defined yet elegant tannins and a distinctive volcanic flavor. The finish is clean and persistent. Perfect with Sicilian pasta dishes, grilled white and red meats, it pairs well with medium-aged cheeses and cured meats. It's also excellent with pasta with sardines or eggplant-based dishes.

This Etna Rosso represents the most accessible and immediate expression of the Aitna range from Cantine Edomé Feudo di Mezzo: produced from Vigna Nica, a particularly prestigious vineyard located on the northern slope of Etna at around 700 metres above sea level, the wine is vinified and aged mainly in steel to preserve the freshness and typicality of the Etna terroir.
