Thatchers Gold is a traditional English cider made with a blend of cider apple varieties grown in Somerset, including Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey, and Katy. Harvested at optimum ripeness between September and November, the apples are hand-selected and pressed using traditional methods. Fermentation occurs slowly at a controlled temperature, preserving the fruit's primary aromas and ensuring a clean and authentic flavor profile.

It has a light golden color, with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose, it releases fresh aromas of apple, pear, and white flowers, with subtle hints of aromatic herbs and wild honey .
