Description:

Bright golden yellow, enhanced by a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of ripe white fruit, candied citrus, dried flowers, and almond, followed by elegant notes of yeast, toasted bread, and fine pastries. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and creamy, with a balanced freshness and a long, dry, and mineral finish.
Perfect to accompany shellfish dishes, seafood risottos, complex vegetarian dishes, white meats in sauce and soft, medium-aged cheeses.

Part of the winery's most prestigious line, Tresor Gran Reserva represents the pinnacle of Pere Ventura's classic method. It is produced only in select years, with grapes from high-altitude vineyards and separate vinification. After a second fermentation in the bottle, it ages on the lees for at least 36 months. Without dosage (brut nature), it clearly expresses the identity of the Catalan terroir and the house's contemporary vision.
