Tequila produced in the heart of the Jalisco region, in the Altiplano area, where the soil and climate conditions allow for the cultivation of agave with unique characteristics. Cimarron Blanco is made exclusively with 100% blue agave (Agave tequilana Weber), grown in the Jalisco highlands, an area known for producing agaves with a fruitier and more floral profile than the lowlands.

Production follows traditional methods: the piñas (agave hearts) are slowly cooked in brick ovens, then ground in an ancient stone mill (tahona) to extract the juices, which are fermented in wooden vats with natural yeasts. Double distillation takes place in copper stills, following artisanal methods that guarantee the quality and authenticity of the product. This tequila is bottled directly after distillation, without aging, to preserve the fresh and pure characteristics of the agave.
