Extra-aged tequila produced by the Espinoza family using traditional, artisanal methods in micro-distilleries, each owned by a single family group that meticulously oversees every stage of the production process. An unconventional choice in the tequila industry, this spirit matures for five years in French oak barrels from Limousin and Allier, rather than in traditional American ex-bourbon barrels.

Production begins with an exclusive selection of Weber agave tequilana azul, crafted using slow, artisanal methods. Unlike most tequilas, which are distilled twice, Espinoza tequilas are triple-distilled in copper stills, resulting in a more refined and pure product, revealing notes of citrus, honey, and precious woods, along with a very dry and lingering aftertaste.
