Description:

A new-generation Japanese whisky, handcrafted at the Kyoto Miyako Distillery in the region of the same name. Distillation takes place in traditional copper pot stills, following a process based on a low-impact micro-distillation philosophy, with limited batches, complete traceability of raw materials, and no chill filtration to maximize the integrity and structure of the spirit. Aging takes place in select American oak barrels, in a climate-controlled environment that promotes slow, consistent, and precise maturation.
