Description:

Intense yellow with greenish highlights, it offers an elegant and fruity bouquet, with notes of apple and apricot complemented by delicate floral and sage aromas. Extremely refined on the palate, it offers a perfect balance between softness and freshness, with a lively acidity that enhances its drinkability. Versatile in food pairing, it can be an elegant aperitif, but it also pairs well with fish and white meat dishes.

The winemaking process involves a partially spontaneous fermentation in wood without the addition of yeasts for approximately six months. The production philosophy of the Manincor estate, located on the shores of Lake Caldaro in Alto Adige, is based on biodynamic principles, respecting the natural rhythms of the vines and the surrounding environment. La Contessa, along with Conte, represents the pinnacle of the estate's production, a wine that combines Alto Adige tradition with an international style.
