Description:

In the glass, it displays an intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. The bouquet is intensely aromatic and distinctive, with aromas ranging from rose to lychee, pink grapefruit to yellow peach, enriched with spicy notes of ginger and cloves. On the palate, it is rich and structured, with a silky and enveloping texture. Its moderate acidity is well balanced by a remarkable smoothness and a pleasant savory finish. The flavors echo the aromatic notes perceived on the nose, with a long and persistent finish where hints of exotic fruit and sweet spices emerge.

The unique Alpine microclimate of the Trentino hills, with its significant temperature variations, favors the development of intense aromatic notes. Vinification involves a brief maceration on the skins followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks and several months of aging on the lees.
