Deep ruby ​​red with purple highlights, it boasts an intense aroma of wild berries and black berries, complemented by hints of violet and rose. Delicate notes of grass and black pepper complete the variegated bouquet. On the palate, it is full-bodied, enveloping, well-structured, dry, and with lively flavor and acidity, with evident, velvety tannins. With its pleasant, lingering finish of ripe fruit and nuances of licorice and cocoa, it is perfect for pairing with traditional Trentino dishes, such as stew and polenta with mushrooms, but also pairs well with cured meats, aged cheeses, and cheese soufflés.

From one of Trentino's most important native vineyards, in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, the ideal area for Teroldego, the wine is made using a process that involves maceration on the skins for approximately two weeks, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and final aging in oak barrels of various sizes for several months, which facilitates slow evolution and the integration of the tannins.
