A blend of three types of Irish whiskey—pot still, malt, and grain—aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The distillery, located in County Offaly, reopened in 2014 after nearly 60 years, with a €35 million investment in cutting-edge technology. The water still comes from the Slieve Bloom Mountains, rich in limestone, making it particularly suitable for whiskey production.
