Description:

 

Bright ruby ​​red in color with purple highlights, it offers a fresh and fruity bouquet of cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate, with delicate spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with soft tannins and a refreshing freshness that enhances its drinkability. The finish is medium-long, with a pleasant return of fruity notes. Ideal with Umbrian first courses, such as umbricelli pasta with tomato sauce or tagliatelle with mushrooms, as well as with the traditional torta al testo filled with sausage and "erba campagnola" (wild chicory). It also pairs well with grilled white meats, such as rosemary cockerel, and with legume-based dishes, such as traditional grass pea soup.

 

Conceived as a modern and accessible interpretation of Umbrian Sangiovese, with grapes sourced from the estate's youngest vineyards, sustainably cultivated on the hills of Todi. The winemaking process is designed to preserve the fruit's aromatic freshness, with fermentation and aging primarily in stainless steel. The 2022 vintage, characterized by a well-balanced climate, produced a wine of immediate pleasure and fragrance.
