In the glass, it displays a beautiful antique rose color with bright coppery hues. The nose reveals fresh notes of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, and pomegranate, with delicate floral nuances and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and slightly savory, with good structure and vibrant acidity. The finish is clean and persistent. Perfect with light appetizers, summer salads, fish and shellfish dishes, it is also excellent with cold first courses, fresh cheeses, and Mediterranean dishes. Its versatility also makes it suitable as an aperitif.

Roccafiore produces this rosé using methods that emphasize freshness and immediacy: vinification involves a brief maceration on the skins, followed by natural decantation of the must and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The 2024 vintage, just bottled, expresses the utmost freshness.
