Description:

A deep ruby ​​red with garnet highlights, it offers a complex bouquet on the nose, ranging from notes of ripe red fruits such as black cherry and plum to spicy hints of cinnamon and black pepper, with hints of cocoa and tobacco from the ripasso process. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with a substantial structure typical of the ripasso method, characterized by soft, well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant return of spicy and fruity notes.

Produced using the traditional ripasso method on Amarone pomace, this wine represents a typical expression of the Valpolicella region. The Adalia winery, located in the Mezzane Valley, produces this Ripasso following traditional techniques that include a second fermentation on Amarone pomace, giving the wine greater structure and complexity.
