Description:

Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it presents an elegant and complex bouquet with notes of white flowers such as chamomile and hawthorn, followed by hints of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and golden delicious apple. Mineral notes emerge, along with a subtle hint of sweet almond. On the palate, it is equally fresh and mineral, with a good structure and a perfect balance between acidity and smoothness. The flavors recall fresh fruit with an undertone of aromatic herbs and a pleasant almond note on the finish, typical of the Garganega grape.

Battistelle's vineyards are located on the volcanic hills of Soave Classico, where the basalt-rich soils lend the wine a distinct minerality. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas, followed by several months of aging on the fine lees, which helps develop complexity and structure.
