Description:

A very intense ruby ​​red, it has a complex aroma that ranges from sweet dried fruit, such as walnuts and almonds, to figs and ripe red fruit, with notes of fine wood, cinnamon, and violets. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet velvety, very elegant, with firm tannins and a finish of coconut and fruit preserved in alcohol. Perfect with red meat and game dishes, it lends itself to a very long, almost infinite, maturation.

A perfect expression of the Valpolicella tradition, this Amarone is aged for 60 months in barrique, with the rigour of four generations of Romano Dal Forno, who have refined every single aspect of production over the years, from cultivation to bottling.
