Description:

In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense and persistent bouquet, ranging from refined aromas of exotic fruits to delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is extremely fresh and confirms the fruity aroma, with a significant minerality that balances with the acidity, making it extremely easy to drink. Best consumed within its first year, this Prosecco pairs perfectly with substantial aperitifs, light appetizers, cured meats, and fresh cheeses.

This Prosecco comes from vineyards cultivated in the mid- and high-hill areas of the classic Prosecco production zone, where the cool, breezy climate and calcareous-clayey soils guarantee an intense and elegant aromatic profile. The grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run must is transferred to temperature-controlled steel tanks for the classic white vinification of the base wines.
