Description:

Bright straw yellow in color, with a fine, persistent mousse, its bouquet features scents of white flowers and fruity aromas of green apple and citrus, which also stand out on the palate, where it offers a pleasant freshness enhanced by a balanced savory finish. Perfect as an aperitif paired with cured meats, but also with meat or seafood first courses.

This Prosecco comes from vineyards cultivated in the mid- and high-hill areas of the classic Prosecco production zone, where the cool, breezy climate and calcareous-clayey soils guarantee an intense and elegant aromatic profile. The grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run must is transferred to temperature-controlled steel tanks for the classic white vinification of the base wines.
