Description:

In the glass, it displays a brilliant ruby ​​red with purple highlights. The nose offers a fresh and fragrant bouquet, with notes of fresh cherry, raspberry, and light hints of spice, along with delicate floral nuances of violet and rose. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, fresh, and savory, with soft, well-integrated tannins. A pleasant acidity makes it lively and drinkable, with flavors of fresh red fruits that echo the bouquet. A long, clean finish with a return of fruity notes and a light spice.

Produced with grapes from historic vineyards in the Valpolicella Classica area, it is traditionally vinified with a brief maceration on the skins followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged primarily in steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fragrance of the fruit, with a small portion in Slavonian oak barrels for several months to add complexity.
