Description:

Garnet red in color, it presents a complex and elegant bouquet on the nose, slightly spicy on the finish, reminiscent of underbrush and walnut husk. Medium-bodied, with sweet tannins perfectly balanced by a pleasant acidity and spicy nuances, it's as versatile as it is original, pairing well with cured meat appetizers, white meats, and baked fish dishes.

A highly prized wine, obtained from a grape variety created by the skilful cross between Glera and Cabernet Sauvignon vines by Professor Luigi Manzoni (dean of the Conegliano School of Oenology, the first established in Italy), it is aged in concrete on fine lees for 6 months, then for 18 months in tonneau.
