Distillery:Wild Sardinia Distillery (Sardinia, Italy)
A unique interpretation of traditional gin, deeply rooted in Sardinian tradition, it is the result of research into the island's wild flora and a careful selection of local botanicals (as well as the use of traditional methods such as copper stills). In addition to juniper, which grows wild in Sardinia's most pristine areas, other typical Mediterranean plants such as wild myrtle and helichrysum are used. Each botanical is harvested strictly by hand, respecting the plants' natural cycles and seasonality.
